David Depierre is a computational biologist fascinated by chromatin dynamic and genome architecture. He obtained his Ph.D. in 2017 in Bioinformatic, Genomic and System Biology in Olivier Cuvier’s Lab, at Toulouse University. His academic journey started with a Molecular and Cellular Biology Bachelor's degree, and continued with a Master's in Bioinformatics, refining his interdisciplinarity computational and biological skills. David joined the Tachibana lab in 2023 to continue unraveling the interplay between 3D genome organization and chromatin modification in early embryonic development. In his free time, David enjoys playing music or spending the evening in a concert hall.
