Adarsh Mohanan

PhD student

Adarsh Mohanan received his Master’s degree in Science at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, India. He then embarked on his scientific career at the National Centre for Biological Sciences in India. During his tenure at NCBS, Adarsh developed a keen interest in early embryonic development. This eventually led him to join the Tachibana lab in 2020, initially as a research assistant. Driven by questions about the initial states of embryonic development, he started his PhD in the same lab in 2023. Currently, his research focuses on identifying novel regulators of early mouse embryo development. Outside of the lab, Adarsh loves music, enjoy playing cricket and following his passion for the cooking.
